Create an Account

  1. On the top of the homepage, click on the My Account link
  2. Read the "Privacy" statement
  3. Under New Users, click Register
  4. Complete Account Information and Billing/Shipping Address fields
  5. Click Create Account

Password Reset

  1. Go to efollett.com or a bookstore's website
  2. Click on My Account
  3. Under Returning Users, click Forgot your password?
  4. Enter your e-mail address, Send Password
  5. An e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address you entered containing a temporary password
  6. Upon logging in, you will be prompted to enter a new password

After 6 unsuccessful login attempts, your account will be locked. Please contact your local bookstore to have your account unlocked.
